This is rich toffee flavoured cream - perfect on top of ice cream, brownies or with fruit.

Put a can of condensed milk in a large saucepan, cover with at least two inches of water, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Never let the water go below one inch above the can.
